Driver’s License Reinstatement

Is your driver’s license suspended or revoked? I will represent you at your formal or informal hearing with the Illinois Secretary of State and will do what it takes to get your license back.

Expungement/Sealing of Records

Depending on the result of your case and past criminal history, if any, you may be eligible for an expungement and/or sealing of your criminal records. An expungement will cause the records of your case to be destroyed and will remove your name from any public databases. Sealing your case will make the records unavailable to the public, but they may still be seen by courts and law enforcement agencies. Please call my office today to determine if you are eligible for the expungement/sealing process.
