For over twenty years I have been aggressively defending clients in a wide variety of criminal law cases, including murder, manslaughter, sex crime, drug charges, theft, domestic battery, assault, burglary, robbery, violations of probation, driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, reckless driving, speeding, driving without insurance, driving without a valid license, and much more.

If you are facing a formal or informal hearing with the Illinois Secretary of State’s office, I will meet with you in advance to help you prepare and attend the hearing with you.

I am a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. I practice in Cook, Kane, McHenry, DuPage, Lake, Boone, Will and Winnebego Counties.

Another member of my office team is Hal Stinespring. Hal is a former McHenry County State’s Attorney and has a long history of criminal law experience.
